So I have completed my nine tasks to get the character Got a screen shot to prove and it's cleared in the character group now I cannot see it from the city hall or it did not started any task. Is this normal?I have visited kl and neighbours and back still nothing, is he a Npc?

I remember someone saying on the forum he was NPC, yes, so as soon as I complete it, he's straight in storage with all the others...

That is fast!Yes I can't help myself but to rush, was hoping it would be a real playable character and needing start some tasks off, but then found out its a Npc.... The reason for this thread is because I failed to locate him but now having confirmed, it can be closed I presume

Yes I can't help myself but to rush, was hoping it would be a real playable character and needing start some tasks off, but then found out its a Npc.... The reason for this thread is because I failed to locate him but now having confirmed, it can be closed I presume

The next one is also an NPC, and the last one is a playable character.
