Game crashes every 10 seconds

I read on another thread that as soon as you get into your Simpsons you should zoom in as close as you can and then move around and collect stuff. Seems to work for others, don't think it can cope with all the activity on the screen at once

I have tried for ONE HOUR getting Santa Coins from friends. Its crashed TWICE and its not remembering ANY of the coins I collected!

I was able to collect a few things this way.. maybe 30 houses before crash. Additionally, clicking almost any character still causes a crash, but thanks for the tip it may help some others

New here so just curious.. Is this just a forum for people to complain? Is there any sort of interaction with actual representatives from EA?

I get that there are much bigger cash cows than this game, but if there arent people out there capable of resolving something as serious as this issue, then why bother creating the game?
