Agreed. Maybe 4-5 people visit a day and there's no real reason to visit except for a measly few thousand dollars. No incentive.

I like reading the RAW files threads too. But after reading the TOS, I'm thinking that they may be breaking the rules.

The files aren't checked during transmission. That reads more as EA doesn't want people to intercept personal details being sent between EA and devices.

That isn't what I wrote. What is already on your device is not a transmission. There might be other stuff in the TOS but what you wrote would be about information as it was being sent. Not what is already on the device.
It is specifically stated as transmissions to or from the servers.
I'm just trying to understand. To my limited knowledge, I thought the downloads came from the EA server. Sorry if I was wrong.
Edit...BTW the rule listed in MY original post came directly from the TOS, word for word.
