Game keeps crashing when I try to play on any OS?

They get slagged off a lot on here, but they have always sorted out my problems. They just don't communicate very well. dcacooper wrote:

just posted over on there, Hope Im able to get my problem fixed other wise my town is lost and I'm pissed :(- There are other people who seem to be suffering from the same problems who haven't seem to be getting their problems fixed by the other EA forums? and who have been suffering alot longer then I have :x
- Still can't play my game and still no help from the other EA forums like I feared :( looks like I'm going to miss out on V days and all the new items for my town :(
- still unnable to play my game since update, and I have gotten zero help from the other EA help forums :( also the next person that suggest I uninstall and reinstall the game, should just go kill them selfs because that doesnt help me! ive tried doing that on 3 devises with no luck of it working :cry:
- OMG! Tomorrow is the FN 14 and I have yet to be-able to play in my Springfield town since this BS update was downloaded and installed on all 3 devices :(
- I feel you, man. Have the same issue. No one seems to have a solution

Have you had a response (even automated) to your ticket yet? Sometimes I would get an email and other times a message through the Origin ap on my computer when I had issues last summer.
