My game is stuck on the loading screen, the donuts spinning but nothing is happening. I've uninstalled it and forced closed but it's still the same. Anyone else having this problem and if so is their anything i can do please?
I just tried my game, I was able to get in. General troubleshooting tips:
Update your device software
Check for any Tapped Out update in store
Log out/Log back in
Restart device
Clear cache
Free up space (some Apple devices may require 4-5GB free space)
Hard close the game and restart
Load on another device
Try a different wifi/connection/internet/broadband
Accept or decline any pending friend requests
Change your password
If connected to EA/Origin: uninstall / reinstall game (Do NOT do this if you play anonymously)

There are a few ways to try and fix this issue - several players have reported that the following has worked for this situation:
Wait for a period of time and then try again
Change your password
If connected to EA/Origin: uninstall / reinstall game (Do NOT do this if you play anonymously)
Also make sure you input your age correctly. This error may also occur if you input an age lower than the minimum for playing Tapped Out. I used to have a log in problem on a regular basis. Try this:
Close the game, Close the game completely (double tap Home button and swipe up on iPad, hit Square and swipe left on Android). Close ALL open apps. Turn off your device. Turn off all your internet equipment, Routers, Switches, Access Points, etc. Wait 2 minutes. Turn on your Gateway (modem). Wait for it to boot. Turn on all other internet equipment. Wait for all the lights to stop blinking. Turn on your device. Start the game.
I used to have to do that at least a couple of times a day. Major pain the the glass.
