@wadebear - I just read your thread, and you'd covered quite a few items in your research to try to get to the bottom of things. Hopefully because this only mentions one state of one item, clearly and simply, EA will now know precisely what the cause is.
Knowing what is only the start though, they now need to work out why it causes the problem and then they can try to figure out how to fix it. That might not be straightforward.
Meanwhile everyone . . .
