I don't see why anyone would have a problem knowing this early. Some people say they can't buy donuts at the moment, and this shows them that if they relax and wait, they'll get more for their money. But if the mods have an issue with this speculation, then feel free to delete.

Whats even more annoying is i wanted to wait to buy king winters cave and now with this lame gating of not being able to buy doughnuts till the day his item expired im a little peeved. I understand its limited but surly they would have timed it so you could get the sale and the cave the same day.

This could just as easily be info from last year's holiday donut sale.
