Gina Venditti quest stuck

Question

Hi.
I unlocked Gina Venditti ages ago. I done the first task and now the quest is stuck. It's been like this for about 3 weeks. Its annoying because loads of her tasks are locked until the quest continues. Any suggestions?

Have you placed the prison bus? And make sure all older quest lines are done.

Yea I've placed the prison bus and I've also stored  it and replaced it. As far as I'm aware all older quests are done and no quests that require bart need doing.

Unfortunately this seems to happen at times.  I don't know if there is an easy way to get it to work when it doesn't.  Most of the time the task will randomly show up at some point.

This happened with the Old Jewish Guy and his questline in both of my towns. Eventually they both showed up, no rhyme or reason why.
