I'm peeved off about this! Had just one task to go! Didn't realize we couldn't keep going when act two started!!

A very kind CS rep DID offer to refund the donuts that were eaten when I rushed the task and it didn't upgrade, but I wish they had been able to put in a request for a completed house. It was 20 donuts to complete the task. It's 190 now. No thank you.
Kind of unlucky with EA and more likely my brain this week. Had an issue similar to this on the Sims 3 store (accidentally bought a set on the daily deal that I already had everything in individually...I swear it was a standard "download" button when I clicked and not a purchase button) but I didn't bother contacting as it wasn't a lot of points, I probably wasn't paying as much attention as I should have been and they gave some freebie points for the holidays anyway that were more than what I spent. :P
