Gingerbread house stop upgrading....

I clicked on the little "i" yesterday, and the timer said we had until the end of the event. Really * of them to do that.

I feel annoyed about this too. I was hoping to just finish it off but yesterday when I was completing the last task of level 4 it went back to the first task of level 4. If it had completed and I'd gone on to the final level I might have finished or, at the very least, needed a much lower number of donuts to complete.

It's a small thing though and my life isn't worth wasting on communicating with the help chat. (Wish we could actually speak to someone like US customers.)

It produced 32 hats until this morning. Now it pays out money, just like the Snowman.

Note to self.....and other people. If you can finish tasks, just finish them.

I actually think this is not a glitch but EA purposely making those buildings part of act 1 only. No hoarding tricks to get a giant head start on the next act. If you didn't fully upgrade because of this reason then you can't really be upset by this. If you were trying to get it there legitimately and just ran out of time then that is kinda crappy but also part of the game that not everyone makes it to the very end of the act.

I hope I didn't offend or provoke a backlash but it's just my 2 cents. :)

That wouldn't make sense as there was no indication and no dates saying they would expire. This is a glitch that they need to fix.

Gotta be honest. This is complete bull. There was never any indication that the building prizes (not the crafting, the ones built by characters) were limited to separate acts.

The snowman and gingerbread mansion both being limited to act 1 is a ridiculous time limit considering the times the jobs actually took. They did this simply to be annoying and get you to spend donuts.

I'm sure the gingerbread mansion will be available again...in 1 year!
