I am at a 347.90% multiplier with a very neat and organized town, no house farms or kem farms. Never have never will. My choice. I play because its fun and I earn enough free donuts doing the rat trap swap with the generator on.
The often overlooked fact of kem farming and house farming is the ugliness factor in your town and the time/effort required for it to be optimally effective.
When properly executed and dedicated to the schedule its hard to argue that kem farming is not the best/fastest way to earn donuts. The question is do you really want to? For me its a no.
