Giving up on friend visits.

I was going to ask if it was just me. The first thing I dislike about this update.

And I SWEAR if anyone uses my previous statement to say "lucky you, im offended as a decent human being", I'll flag your post and report you.

I wasn't here then, but I do remember some really fun events involving neighbors. One not too long ago, the western event...where you could buy additional prospectors to drop on neighbors for cheep donuts and competition begain on who could give away more on the scoreboard between neighbors. This will happen again...maybe during or before this event is over. Who knows what might be ahead with this game? Only surprises? Isn't that what's so endearing about it? @IckabodSchrek Thanks. I actually have a grumple from when it fir5st came out, so you must be thinking of someone else. That said, I wholeheartedly agree on adding more social components to the game. I'd personally like to see prizes related to grinding out neighbor visits instead of the current assign characters to collect every 4hrs.

Are you kidding? Your acting like this is the first time they did this. They've done this before in past events where it took forever to find the people or creatures to tap. But I agree this time its harder because they blend in too easily with a lot of buildings. And especially the child pagan he's almost impossible to even see. So small. Recently I haven't been seeing any at all in my neighbor towns....so I been skipping dozons of visits....

I'm not finding it any different than usual, but your friends aren't going to know if you were there or not. There's no way to help them, so I don't think you need to apologize for skipping the visits.

I visit friends up to where it stops dropping event currency lol.

they should really bring back the notifications for visits. and there should more social interaction with your friends...

I agree on the lack of social interraction. Would love a benefit for the visitee also.

I still do several friend visits till they won't pay out runes. The single antler drop isn't that enticing.

I only visit when its time to do the gnome in neighbors towns

I head quickly for the (original) roads and finding them doesn't take too long. They don't like to walk on the new cobblestone roads, dirt roads or concrete. I visit all my friends and have been getting at least 1 donut a day, sometimes 2.

First, I don't think they are hard to find, but maybe I'm just lucky.
But quite frankly, I'm not doing more than the first 10 , because I'm not waiting for loading the next friend because of three more antlers.

BUT it was different in those days where you could drop off "event currency".
Especially in the Christmas event. In those days, I visited every neighbour and tried to give everyone something. I loved dropping off those gift boxes......
But now.....
