I ask because I help out in the Answers forum and there are hundreds of people over there screaming about how they can't tap Maggie. Since neither I nor any of the other helpers can replicate the issue...

Yes -- this is what I have to do to be able to get Maggie on a different building. Then I can tap her on whatever building she goes to. Sometimes, I forget to store the offending Krusty Burger before starting the game, so then I have to abort that attempt at finding Maggie, go back into the game, store the offending Krusty Burger, and then play the game again. Hopefully, this may help someone else! It is nice getting those 3 donuts every three days.
