cant find the thread these were brought up but.... Has anyone actually bought and grown these and is there any benefit other then taking up land? Do any of them produce $/XP or just the first or not ...

Usually building like this produce event currency, which is why I bought the shinning hotel if I remember correctly. But so far with this event, nothing like that has been offered.
