Yup I did this in my other half's game, just keep making khlav kalash stands and hiding them till the stars go up .......
May need between 10-20 to see progress but it will work eventually

Yes, I also did that. The cheapest way in means of not only money but the land too are coffee karts in Squidport. I have 21 karts hidden behind buildings there.
