Is it worth 70 donuts? It looks just like a building to me...

The only way I can see shelling out that kind of dough would be if it was massive, like Costington's big... I'm trying to redo my business district anyways and I'm short a couple of ten story tall buildings. Does anyone have a snapshot of how it looks in their town?

Jazzy GoodTimes was 50 and there was another for 35 this update.

Indeed Jazzy goodtimes was a good price for 50 donuts, but never came across a building for only 35 donuts.
