Scratch-off ticket that requires donuts to buy (but you can win donuts as well). I believe the jackpot was 100 donuts. It was part of the level 26 update that disappeared.

I have the scratcher available, you can buy it at the KEM. It's $250 and each one is gauranteed winner (it regenerates every 6 hours).
