- If you clean it up in your own town the first time you can, your righteousness increases. If you miss it and fail to clean it up (go to krustyland, close the app or visit friends) your righteousness will go down. Cleaning up graffiti in other people's towns will increase YOUR OWN righteousness, not your neighbours.
Your own town being graffitied is not bad, it's only when you miss it.
This is my interpretation for it, anybody is welcome to correct me :) - Thank you. This helps me understand it a little better 8)
