And since numerous obsessive players have already calcaluated it's mathematically impossible for us to reach all the prize totals, there's something fishy about the entire community prizes pop-up. IMO something else has to be going on and we can't take anything on that pop-up at face value.
Once you accept that my premise is the pop-up is not a reflection of reality (even if you disagree with me on that), there's no reason to argue particulars of the pop-up with me because I don't believe the figures shown there to begin with.- I just hope I can get all the personal prizes.

Because, frankly, EA knows just how many BAGS they are distributing, and they know full well they aren't going to be dropping anything remotely approaching 2.5 billion. Remember ... We have no way of increasing the number of BAGS through increasing visits to neighbors, or any other method I know about. IF there were a way for us -- by working ourselves into a dither -- at least we'd be the ones making choices.
We aren't the ones who need to generate the 2.5 billion bags ... EA has that sole power.
Setting a goal for us to reach five landmarks, and making it, literally, impossible to reach past the first one, is just plain stupid business practice.
And they better get to the fix before too long. People will conclude they've been set up to fail. And walk away.

No, the point if that if you believe her. There is no point in arguing. If you don't, there is still no point in arguing.
I believe you made the same statement, only more succinctly.
Clearly, though I have been polite and reasonable, indie is not interested in having an actual conversation about her baseless assumption that all prizes will unlock once we reach 450,000,000 gift bags. I've presented my case that this will not happen, and been snapped at for it. I believe you are both correct that further discussion would be fruitless.What WON'T happen is the naysayers will refuse to recognize how wrong they were when we get all the community prizes for free anyway.
I never said we wouldn't get the prizes. We might. What I am saying is that there's is no evidence that they will all unlock at once when we reach the first goal. Quite the opposite.- I think it relates to Ebenezer Burns somehow. Stingy until Christmas eve and then bam, a change of heart and gift bags for everyone, lol. Isn't that one of the Christmas themes this year?
