Halloween Act 2 Lost In La Monstra Part 9 Help?

So I've got up to part 9 in act 2 and one of my objectives is to make Springfielders consider their options. Which I just can't do. I thought I had to "Battle 3 giant monsters" first, which I've done, and still nothing. I read on the walkthrough that you have to send them to the brown house to do this part, but it's giving me no option to.

I'm probably being a dumb-dumb here, but any help is appreciated.

    Are you able to click on the quest in the Task Book? You need Springfielders idle to be able to send them on the task at the brown house, maybe they're all busy?

    On the task book, where it usually says "Go to" or whatever in the blue box it says literally nothing. I'm quite a low level if that makes a difference. Only recently started playing again

    your level shouldn't matter for this one. I remember being able to send pretty much every springfielder on the task, so they're all eligible.
    Check the brown house to see if they're in there? If not store and unstore all brown houses?

    Nah it just gives me the option to send them to "relax" in the brown house. Nothing about considering their options.

    When you look at the quest in your task bar, what icon (quest badge) does it have on it? There's a checkmark, two gears, red circle with a line thru it, or a !

    you DO have a Brown House right?
