Hans Mechman
Is Hans Mechman (bonus with 132 donuts purchase) a playable, taskable character or just a skin for Hans Moleman?

I expect it's one of those premium items that help later on in the event. Currently I have him on his first quest tasks which does not have any effect on the event or award event currency. Perhaps a big ole battle at the end....
But by then I doubt you will need him to complete the event anyway.
