Harp of Doom sucks

The last time this happened to me was also with level 25. This is ridiculous and I spend lots of real money on this.
Anyone else with this problem. Hard to recommend EA Games to anyone when it's sooooo buggy.

I recommend getting someone on this forum to help you, but I agree it is anoying being locked out of a game with no support from the makers.
