Has anybody else noticed that neighbor actions are working again?
I went to a couple max level friends such as @0Brooders0 and was able to tap buildings. I think they may have fixed friend actions.

For the first time in a year I can actually visit more than one person.

That's strange. I wonder if that is what got them to resolve the issue. Guess I need to see if there is something on EA Answers about the town viewer.- Wonder if this is why I have a New friend request out of the blue

- If you can’t find anything to tap in a neighbors town, check to see when they last played. Less than one hour usually means they are actively in their town right now. 3+ hours means they have been tapped out by active neighbors. 1 week usually means they are no longer playing. Over 1 year, the taps reset.

Then none of your neighbors have broken their towns.
I broke all my towns over the last few months, just by placing items I won or bought. It seems that with some items you have to put them out in a specific order - i.e. Don't put THIS out until after you've placed THAT. I believe this includes The North Pole. I don't know why they give it out separately from Little Helper Ralph since you get The North Pole as a part of his quest line.
