Has anyone actually won donuts from popping balloons?

I have won the donuts twice, but it's been at least three months of popping 2-3 times a day since my last win. There's been some speculation that it's been removed.

I've won 15 ( 3 times) in my main town, and 0 in my side town.

There was a thread about this last week sometime and someone said that they got donuts very recently, like in the last couple of weeks, from sideshow you in KL. So, I don't think it's been removed, it just takes many, many visits.

Yeah, I know, but one person is proof of nothing. They could be mistaken, or they could be trolling.
I pop balloons at least twice a day, and three if I can manage it. The time between my first donut win and my second donut win was about two months. It's now been a little over three months with nothing. I'm about ready to give up on it.

I visit KL at least 3 times a day to pop balloons but I didn't get donuts until about a month ago. God knows when I'll get them again!
