I'm awaiting for confirmation myself. I DO NOT want to nuke my Springfield but would definitely nuke my dump that is Krustyland.

I took screenshots of all the confirmations there (since I wouldn't have been heartbroken if something had gone wrong, the way I would have been in my actual town) but I didn't go all the way through. Maybe I should.

I took one for the team, because my Krustyland was a complete disaster. This is what I learned:-As reported, nuking KL had no effect on my SF (THANK GOODNESS)-Cletus disappeared from KL when I nuked it, but he was back in my SF when I returned, and not in storage.

I'm saving the nuke for when all the land is bought, I'd rather wait and redecorate all at once with plenty of empty space than have to redecorate a second time

I personally would wait a couple of days before I even think about nuking my town as much as I want to, It may be unstable and we would loose more than gain. :roll:

I just tested it, Annette. Cletus remained in my KL when I nuked it.

He was there when I tried it the second time. Hopefully that means I just missed him!

(Interesting: my 0 star Krustyland still has 5 stars worth of people wandering around and collecting tickets. Even after I pulled a few things out of storage. Has that happened to you guys as well?)

True. I still saw a lot of cars in my KL parking lot, and lots of those little KL people. I also saw the shuttle was still the same after I nuked my KL. ... It hadn't gone back to the plain white one.

Haven't been back since I logged out ... Maybe when it syncs all that stuff goes down to beginner's level stuff ... ?

My people kept wandering around, but my shuttle definitely reverted. Odd.

That was my experience as well. If it wasn't Anette's, then there are in fact inconsistencies in the nuking process...

I'd love to do this as my KL needs some attention and I've got all the land. I'm concerned about potentially losing event-related rides (Twirl N Hurl, Tunnel of Love, Happy Little Elves thing) when nuking. Has that happened to anyone?

All of my event-related rides were fine. I was kinda hoping it would eat some of my 17,000 V-Day decorations, but alas, those were fine too. :wink:

No, but you raise a good point. I suppose I'll store the special event/limited items before nuking again.

There's discussion someplace about someone having a problem with their Cool Brown House. But I read multiple forums, so might not be here. I don't think they lost it. I think they can't get it out of storage something something something old quest line no longer working, etc. But I REALLY wasn't paying attention, so need to find those details.

Confusion reigns supreme. :(

I did not lose them, but this post made me pull them out of inventory, just in case.
