- I enjoyed the mechanics of this event more then most of the prizes. I really liked the way the number one and parchment tasks were set up and the whole spying on neighbors. I hate to say that josh is right but I do prefer characters over skins.
- Surprised that as of now, quite a few didn't enjoy it. This is what brought me into the game fully. I even spent donuts on this event, that's how much I enjoyed it.
This event did away with random rolls for prizes (im not counting the secret one) which was a huge step up for me. - Honestly, this has been my favorite event ever next to the 2012 Treehouse of Horror event.
The mechanics have been great, the prizes are fantastic, everyone is able to get everything through hard work. No wheel of chance, no muster boxes. Nothing chance based. Great skins, buildings & characters.
All centered around one of my favorite episodes of all time. So yes, I have very much enjoyed this event. - I said "waste of time, enjoyed" because I thought I could be doing more productive things with my RL time. I guess that could be said of many kinds of "entertainment"! Since I've only been playing since December 2013, this is the first event where I got everything. So I hope I understood the poll correctly - it has been a very fun event for me. Thanks for asking!
Edit - and I added some fantastic neighbors - good neighbors really make a difference. - Best......event......mechanics.......ever!
- This is the most fun I have had playing TSTO since Halloween. This event has made me WANT to log in multiple times per day and play.
This event beat the socks off of Christmas, Valentine's Day and especially the Hell that was called Easter (crosses herself and prays that there will never be a debacle like that ever again in TSTO).
I hate the wheels... If I wanted to gamble, I would go to the casino... - This has been my favorite event ever. I could only name two or three flaws, none of which have really decreased my enjoyment. :)
- Greatest event so far...
i hope it's just gonna get better and better from now on!

With Josh's post, claiming many players don't like the update/the update was a waste of time as usual, I wanted to create a poll to contrast this.
Yay. Troll is back one hour and already there's threads responding to his negativity. The forum was nice for a while. It's funny how quickly people jump on his band wagon. But sheep do need a herder...
Imho this was the best event I've played.
Not only did it restore my frustration from easter, it renewed my enjoyment for building my town, which is how i finished my full rebuild.
The event required a lot of attention, but that effort was actually rewarded! I found it very easy for even a freemium to acquire all the prizes.
I don't mind they are skins. We have been asking for new tasks for the regular characters for a long time. That's what skins are!
And the final prizes weren't like individual iconic features, like say... Skorpio's Lair, but we now all have a complete SC section with walls, lodge, table, and more, without having to spend mad donuts. And naked Homer on the stone is hilarious, i don't care what trolls say about it.
The event was awesome. If you don't think so, you really should just stop playing this game because this is about as good as it gets.
**also, since i just reopened the comment to fix a typo, i read every comment that came in while going my own. All of these forum regulars saying it was their favorite event ever, affirms my own feelings.
What the heck, people. If you couldn't find the enjoyment in this event, and you weren't satisfied with the content and game play, i suggest you take a good hard look within. There's something else bothering you. And if you want you can pm me about it. I don't mind talking to anyone rationally. 4junk3000 wrote:

I'd like to not be called a sheep, thanks. I loved this event, I'm trying to show josh thst the majority of players do to. I not responding to negativity at all.
