Have you purchased all available land? If not, why?

I have all the land available, I have a few plots of land empty for buildings and decos that fit and belongs in that area
otherwise I have to condense the land from current decos and buildings
I have nothing in storage all the buildings are out in my town

I just went on a buying spree to make sure I'd bougt all of the land as far north and south as possible before I nuked my town. I still have two rows available to the east, and some water (who cares!) that I can buy as I need to expand, but the goal was to be done expanding north before I lay out my SF design since it is N/S dependent.

For premium players.....we need more land. I'm sick of modifying my town to try to fit new buildings.

^-- This.. plus I have been TRYING to buy the sitnrotate.. but it never fails about when I get ~10 mil to buy it something new comes along and puts a crimp on my cash pile.. and with the cash mountain still needing a lot fo work.. I dunno.. one day.. one day..

Not yet, but my current project is to buy up all the land on the border of what's available. That way my landing zone will stop moving around (until they add new land), and I can finally design something for it. Not much point as long as I know it's going to keep moving.

As a "bonus," that means it'll feel a lot easier when I buy up the unused land in-between later. :)
