It takes 3 days to build SSY and 33.33 days to pop 300 balloons that would be Sept 5-6. I got my 5 donuts a week later when I poped @ 387 balloons. So like I said before when you get 300 balloons/ games you will get 5/50 donuts and you will get them exactly when you get 300 and not 301,310,333, or 387 (you get my point now). And I'd imagine there would be a separate pop up to congratulate you for getting 300 and hears some donuts.

Not to sound like a broken record, but you're still not getting the math right. I forgot about the delay in building SideShow You, so with the added 3 days there, the earliest anyone could have popped their 300th balloon is Sept 7 or 8. You couldn't be at 387 a week later (even going by Sept 5-6)... the most you could be at is 363. Which leads me to believe that if you're having this much trouble with the math, you probably didn't know the exact count if and when you hit donuts.
And from what I can tell, everyone who has gotten the 5 donuts recently has done so on their third balloon of that particular turn which would be the 300th balloon.
