Help please

I believe it only goes up one each per level. So you get an increase of one of each every level. I haven't done it but that's how I understood it.

Anyone who has and found something different, feel free to correct this.

    Im justing waiting to collect enough fertiliser and dna to get the second act 2 prize (bilboard sign) and i will upgrade. But i dont think i saw an increase in dna, corn, fertiliser when i upgraded to Level 23!
