done the xmas update, and now every time i go to play the game it has to reload from scratch, not very good when out and having to download 1.5gb, contacted support on the last special event the same ...

You didn't mention what device you're using. Even if you have space, the game develops beyond the capability of older devices. That's why they begrudgingly add more to the decoration limits. I suspect your device can't handle the current needs of the game and that it is NOT a conspiracy because you don't spend real money on the game.
