Thanks for showing the history. The Krusty Doll was up to 90, glad they brought it down to 60 again. And that shop I got for free is now only 10 donuts for others (where it was more before). So overall pretty good deal/news.

Yep, it's always been an NPC. Pretty cool though and has some nice vocal effects when tapped - the same as in the episode he was in. Someone posted before that the shopkeeper had a task with the Krusty Doll but I didn't see anything relating to that on his task list, so I presume that was a false flag post.
