I'd respond but shaygitz really covered everything fairly perfectly. People aren't leaving until they flat out leave. If they make a goodbye thread, it means they aren't ready and its pointless. If someone slowly starts fading out of posting, and friends are missing you, you send a PM to let them know as you still get email notifications of them.
I have friends here just like anyone else. They're mostly trolls and/or have my sense of humor. If I leave, I will leave. If they wonder where I am, they'll PM me.
And no, my being a troll does not invalidate any point including this topic's point. I'm capable of being. Serious. You're a huge troll, but that doesn't mean all of your points are invalid (though they usually are).
Anyway, goodbye topics are pathetic attention seeking topics. It's only comparable to a birthday topic if its not actually the persons birthday and they're making a topic for attention.
Lastly, you fail.
