I recently nuked my town so these are currently not available (though I plan to add them back into my next design), but here's a couple from my town:
- I put the Minimum Security Prison across the street from the Vulgari Jewelry Store and Stomach Staples Center (aka the Plastic Surgery building). Convenient access for any recently "exited" crooks who might need a new look and some traveling funds.
- I put a Chalk Outline in front of the parked Quimborghini.
- Stu's Disco was next to Classy Girls Strip Club in such a way that when Stu and Mrs. Muntz were on task outside together, Stu got the... uh... shall we say... "Full View" of her Bee Dance.
- I had Krusty's backyard set up like a "Playboy Mansion" complete with themed bunny topiary, volley ball court, patio furniture, and even a large pool with "hidden" grotto. ...It occurs to me now I should have put the butterfly tent there to simulate the various exotic animals Heff has on display. Note to self: Add this in next time.
