Homer flying on the sleigh

Lisa triggers (ie exclamation mark over her head) send Santa to deliver presents (8 hours) (it's not a task that you can assign before stage 15 triggers)

I tried the tips I listed above on my two frozen towns and it still didn't trigger (it's odd, I play all 3 games on the same device but once you get the frozen done task bar nothing that I've found clears it-- I'm going to uninstall reinstall and then contact ea support (since I know that the first thing they'll suggest is uninstall reinstall)
