It's been pretty amusing to me all morning to watch him! Thought I'd post this to let everyone know of the visual as I didn't know he would run all around town and in and out of houses when I started the task.

I hadn't noticed that, pretty hilarious! At least his actions make sense. I don't understand why, when you send Sebastian Cobb to get a haircut, he goes into regular businesses(restaurants, stores, etc..) throughout his task. If I'm not mistaken, there's only Jake's that can handle his hair trimming needs.
