Honestly is the Cool Brown House Worth 120 Donuts?

I really wanted the CBH, but I'd have to buy donuts to get it. If I buy just enough donuts, that's $10. I'm not sure it's worth spending real $$$$ at this time. I may change my mind, but I just can't see it.

The price is ridiculous. So are all the other prices in this "sale". I've always wanted the CBH and I have the saved donuts so I may get that. Even though I want other stuff, the prices turned me off of buying any donuts to get it.

OP I agree that you should go for what you really want but just remember CBH is limited time and barney isn't but you could also get both

So tired of hearing this. There's people on here who have money coming out of the pores in their skin. They have no idea what to do with it. There's plenty of items you can get that'll earn you cash. Surely the main reason to play this game is to build a cool Springfield, and this is one of the best buildings to make this happen.

I've spent far more money on this game than I originally intended.... :lol:

So I dont know if I want to even buy another 300 for Barney either. I always have buyer's remorse when I get more donuts. What's up with that? :roll:

I dont have money running out my pores. I have plenty left to buy. Premium payout isnt the only reason to buy this, but that certainly helps.

I agree to a point.. Newer players or people who haven't leveled up/maxed out yet aren't so flush with cash. But until you are at that point, I totally understand wanting to maximize all your purchases to get the most out of it.. I would never knock on someone for wanting to know their ROI.

For me, since I have plenty of cash I no longer care about wanting items with multipliers.. I only want things that I really desire in my town regardless of the payout/multiplier.. Because honestly, once you have more money than you have things to spend it on, who cares about your %..

The CBH is definitely cool, but after a while you stop noticing it. I've had it since it's release, and it only got me excited the first month maybe. I guess if you must have it, then get it because you never know if they'll ever release it again, but it's just another house, so eventually you'll probably not even notice it.

My understanding is that it does NOT come with the Cool Homer skin. Can anyone verify whether it does or doesn't? Seems that's an important point. (Not for me, though; I'm not buying it.)
