House on Scary Hill - worth it?

House on scary 'Slight' Hill
Just landed in my Springfield, so not sure any one can go there yet.
Goes well with the Haloween theme and I like it.

I quite like it, think that the House on Scary Bump will go well with the swamp and Blinky's home to, but as above I've not found anyone who has a task there yet.

where's the hill?

I like the look of it so i grabbed it. Working on what to do with it but I have a few ideas. Good to know about the multiplier, or lack of, think I will pass on the bundle.

Gunna pass on this one. Overpriced for a simple (seasonal) building, 40-50 donuts seems about right for this type of item.
