House on Scary Hill now available. 90 donuts. Awards 805 MAG points. Is it worth it ? Do any characters have jobs there ? Looks nice.

Just bought it after some slight shuffling around of my current residential layout, it has a short dialogue with cookie but no quest. It looks really nice next to the spooky house and is a good border between housing estates and woodlands IMO. You can also place dirt under it which looks good so the driveway doesn't just end abruptly.
