how do neighbour visits work
You have to wait for neighbors to catch up. I only have about 5 neighbors that I can "surveillance". You can tell when they have cameras instead of the regular $ icons

- Here's a trick to know if your neighbors have updated: When you're on your friends screen just look to see how many emblems they have. If it says 0 it most likely means they haven't updated yet. There could be some that haven't gotten around to visiting friends and collecting emblems yet, or they're not yet up to the part in the event that allows you to get emblems. Be patient, but until then use that trick.
- It was kind of strange.. I just cleared 3 actions in MY OWN town from a Friend but 2 of the actions were the "Spying Pyramid" symbol and the 3rd action was a regular handshake.. All 3 actions were from the same person.. I need to find more info on this event! Heheh!
