How Do the Marge at the Bat Items Affect the Conform-O-Meter?

I was going to ask, "When is the next event", but as this is it I will have a look and see what I can buy for IGC.

What comes next?
SFH expansion, more land in both directions for starters.

KL back, I would love that so much.
Place the shuttle bus to travel to KL, or place some gate if you want it in SF.
I was buying all 100 land tiles for KL, my Springfield Zoo (Estate), is going to be at least 20 x 20 land tiles, or more likely bigger, (want the Golden Goose Realty to come back, I was 10 donuts short), so KL in SF is a no go.
