- Would be nice to clear out my block of pink townhouses, so I hope the new housing will be enough to finally let me do that.
- totally agreed

^THIS!!
Seriously. As a completionist who still doesn't have 5 stars (due to my Indolence being at 4 stars since I refuse to use multiples of the houses... because I'm OCD), I'm desperately hoping the Zenith City buildings will boost my Indolence score to 5 stars... though I have a feeling at best I'll only get 4 1/2...
Definitely need a few more Indolence boosting buildings so that it's possible to achieve 5 stars in that category without needing to use doubles (or triples).
Every other category allows you to achieve 5 stars using one of everything (assuming you've been playing from the start and buy one of every building/decoration), except Indolence. I like the idea of them releasing apartment buildings or condos with higher boost scores than the standard 10 points per building, using the logic that more people live in an apartment building than in a single family home, obviously, thus the score should be higher...

Maybe a little.
When I drive through my neighborhood, there are repeat house designs, so it doesn't bother me to have that. But I do have one street in my Springfield that is lined with the pink houses, which fit together well enough to look like town houses. It works, but I'd still like to clear it out for other things. Between the rigellian huts from Halloween and the new housing buildings for this, I'm hoping I can.- Great list LP! I need some more consumerism points so hopefully phase 2 will help!
ETA: Do we know how or if this changes the number of points needed in each category to achieve 5 stars? Or is that strictly connected to new levels? neuroheart wrote:

i have a line of blue houses just to the south of my town. just 10 or so, just so it keeps my town at 5 stars. and one of each of the other houses.- The store front is indolence rather than consumerism. Brilliant.
Guess I won't be prioritizing those. neuroheart wrote:

I do understand your point but I've always liked that neighborhood.Pinpal00 wrote:
