Hmm interesting question, depends on my mood really ;) I like sideshow Bob and want him to be a full blown character as soon as so I generally let him strut around my town as much as possible :) Plus it helps keep Bart in check :lol:
But when visiting peoples towns (when i do) i like to catch him that way people get the notifications saying he has been apprehended haha :lol:
