How far are you from getting the Farmer's Market?

I've noted that people are saying that most charcters are available for tasks after Lvl 7 of monsarno...but I see "locked" tasks in some characters (quite a few) until way after 7 (e.g. Lou is lvl 14).....

Am I missing something?

I will be at Lvl 7 in a couple of hours hopefully, so would be great to know.....
