How many elves does everyone have?
I am in the same place as you, but I have 24. Started with 3, 18 from the tunnels, and 3 from the daily bonuses.

I have 24 but I started a little late because I was traveling. I had three tunnels open at the same time when I started. I also received at least one elf as a daily prize.
