How quickly could a player* get to 939?

I am interested to find out how long forum members (especially veteran players) think it would take to create a new FREEMIUM town and progress to the maximum level of 939, taking part in events, finishing all the level quest lines up to level 60, getting 1 billion in SH, but excluding upgrades for IRS, tree and MM. Perhaps 6 months? 9 months? A year? Or even longer? I have seen comments suggesting 'it must be hard for a freemium player'.

*A player being me :smile: I started a new town in January 2017 as part of CTTF - if anyone is taking part in this or a neighbour of GrannysCTown then please do not post, as you will have some idea of how my level is progressing.
