How to spend 300 donuts?

I suggest the Ray gun. 2 decorations + Kodos for 150 donuts = good value. Plus the ray gun generates ammo.

Also, the drive in is a MUST. Character, plus taskable building.

The portal might pay out cash after the event is over, like other halloween items of its kind. The teleporter, though is just a gimmick, place one at one end and be transported to the other one you placed.

I'd save them all honestly. Few of the special event items are useful year-round. If it is a playable character/pays out/carries significant multiplier it's a good deal. Otherwise, it's consumers being duped into buying decorations that are useful for one month out of twelve.
