I actually got a reply about my open ea support ticket

Well thanks for the form letter.

I fixed it myself and harped out again since then.. But hey it is a reply... Gee thanks!
  • I can't quite understand why it takes them so long to send out what are essentially boilerplate notices. :?:
  • The notices are not even helpful, got better info from these forums.

    This is the ticket I got a person at Origin to escalate.

    I feel all warm and fuzzy from all the help conveyed in this personal, heart warming note.

  • I submitted a support ticket many months ago for a different issue. Finally about 3 weeks ago I got a reply that simply said they had closed my ticket. No info, no nothing. I had fixed the issue long before that. Now tonight I just got the harp of death for the first time. Trying some of the fixes now.
