I've had 3 boxes today, 2 blue, 1 pink. It depends on how many eggs you get.You have obviously only just started, so you would only get 1 today, maybe 2 (if you have egg baskets etc). I only got 1 yesterday after visiting neighbours.

So I just did some quick math. I visited 98 neighbors and zapped some bunnies in my town and received 700 Blue Eggs and 100 Pink Eggs, (traded in 100 blue eggs for 50 pink eggs twice so the final numbers we 500/200). please note this does not include tasks that pay in eggs.If I do not swap eggs, I will get roughly 37 blue boxes and 5 pink boxes during this 27 day event. I do not see how it is possible to get all the prizes (without spending donuts), especially with the Golden Eggs only being won through other boxes. Given the past odds with wheel events, I am sure the odds of getting gold eggs are low.Am I missing something??

I'm not quite sure how it will pan out. For all we know there could be an Easter surprise for a golden box or something.

I can just tell this update is going to be another disaster.

I hope so, it's annoying there's no way of knowing.

You collect eggs, then you have a chance to a mystery box, then you might get a decoration, a character or a building, - you might never get the item you want because this goes by chance not by your choice.

Same goes if you spend donuts: chance not choice. All items in the mystery boxes are available only if lucky enough or willing to throw money at it. However that is not really available for purchase or exchange, is it?

You're a hundred percent right! I heard everyone saying she was limited but I just checked and she isn't, it says NEW not LIMITED underneath her!

AJ, i haven't even started playing the event yet (busy at work) but once i finish the 24hr task (in about an hour when i'm finished work), i can safely say that this event, based on what i've read is a real disaster. I think what i'll probably do is buy some donuts, get the two or three premium items i want and that's it, won't bother until it's over. I guess tomorrow night i'll find out fully after the 24hr period of trying it out before i say anymore, but i'm not confident. EA should just have stuck to the formula they had...

Yes, the wheel is hated, but stick all the crap on there and let us sell it afterwards if we don't want it. There was no need to try something new.

I also don't like this feature added where you can't go stright to a character that's in your task bar anymore - i HATE that. Being able to automatically navigate to a character that was in the task bar was handy. Now i gotta search for that character. Me no like :evil:

Like I said before they need to fire the idiot who came up with that miserable wheel, and this stupid box idea! They need to stop trying to change what's not broken in the first place.

What bothers me most tho is that instead of fixing major bugs that we have, and adding things like new ground cover like people have been asking for over 3 months, and adding more decerations and whatnot to the game they sit there making garbage that only pisses the players off.

I get it they are trying something new, but seriously didn't they get it before the mojarity of players don't want chance based prizes. That's just stupid in so many ways! :roll:

I actually prefer the wheel over the old whacking day, halloween, etc system of collect x number of eggs, ghosts blah than get y item

This is not true at all. You get pink or blue eggs from tapping their houses. Have you not visited friends yet? You get 0 eggs for graffiti, 0 eggs for tapping on Clausco, Shamrock Cafe, and Present Depot (metal xmas tree). The rest award tons of eggs (at the start - then it diminishes like FP).

Really not feeling this event. Seems pretty tedious for me already. 500 eggs for a prize seems like a lot to me and the prize i got was a fence. No thanks.

I much prefer the previous whacking day, halloween, xmas events where you collect individual and community prizes. This is basically just 3 random wheels mainly given out pretty lame decoration prizes.
