I hope the quick response time reflects an enhancement in their support system rather than getting lucky or special intervention. When someone got into my town 6 months ago and spent 2k donuts, it took more than 2 weeks and an Amex dispute before I got a resolution. Totally unacceptable, IMO.

Awesome! Glad you got it back. I'd probably panic, myself! 20 donuts isn't a landslide, but it was nice for them to give you a bit for the trouble.
