I thought I was being a nice Aunt and letting my 4 year old nephew fiddle around for a minute with my Springfield. Usually he just likes to look around and tell me what looks cool and what could look better (you should see this kid with Legos, he's amazing). Anyways he hands my iPad back to me and to my absolute horror I realize all my stored up Halloween donuts are gone. I ask what happened and he says something popped up and he hit the button. I scramble to figure out what it wAs that he bought (and I have the confirm in app purchases ON) and I find out it was a special deal...so NO SECOND WARNING AFTER HITTING PURCHASE!!! I am so mad. My precious Halloween savings gone.
Now thAt I'm done venting...anyone else ever have this problem? I feel like pulling a homer and chasing my nephew around for a bit. Sigh.
*Update*
So I get on live chat to see if anything can be done...only to be told that TSTO is not handled by live chat anymore. He then says it is impossible to do what I'm asking here. So I ask what should I do now? And as he is typing a response...BOOM...My power goes out. I couldn't make this up if I tried. And since there's no power...there's no wifi for my ipad so I never got an answer of what to do for my refund. My power is still out and I'm currently siphoning Targets free wifi. I'm assuming that I should just email them with my problem, but with what I've heard about EA's customer service I am also assuming that I won't get a response for a few weeks and Halloween is right around the corner.
If you thought I was mad before you should see me now.
